The team of CPE GmbH analyzes your product from raw material selection through the entire process up to the final result, and then develops concepts in which your product is optimized in economic, technical and visual aspects.

• Survey of status quo (raw-materials, body structure, production flow, manufacturing costs etc.)
• Formulation of possible optimizations (material, design, manufacturing operations etc.)
• Implementing the optimizations in corresponding models using simulation and 3D-CAD SolidWorks
• Evaluation of cost savings, quantitative identification of enhanced product features etc.
• Test set-up at CPE or at the clients company
• Test runs under measuring and validation procedures (Validation of real optimizations)
• Optimization loops if necessary and additional test runs
• Handing over in serial production
